Who is responsible for your information?
Assay Upp AB, organization number 559594-1021, Sweden, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions can be sent to hello@easylikeihc.com.
What information do we collect?
When you request a quotation or contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, institution or company, department or laboratory, phone number, country, VAT number, requested products and quantities, and any information you choose to include in the notes field.
Why do we use it?
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up quotations, communicate about requested products or services, and maintain appropriate business records.
We process quotation and contact information because it is necessary to respond to requests you make and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract. We may also process business-contact information where necessary for our legitimate interests in managing customer and supplier relationships.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and process form submissions. This currently includes Netlify for website hosting and quotation-form handling. Service providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide those services.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry and quotation information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies and analytics
Easy Like IHC currently does not use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. If this changes, this notice will be updated before such tracking is introduced.
