When bead-based workflows grow beyond 8 or 16 samples, plate-format magnetic separation can start to look like the obvious next step. ClearUpp32 gives you another option: 32 individual PCR tubes arranged as two rows of sixteen.
The higher-throughput format keeps each sample individually accessible, and the tube-by-tube layout keeps the beads in view during aspiration and wash steps. You get more capacity without giving up the visual control of working in tubes.

Why 3D printing here?
This rack is manufactured in PETG using a controlled additive-manufacturing process. For a specialised tool produced in relatively small series, this lets us keep the geometry tied closely to the workflow and improve the design without waiting for a new mould.
